like stated before, my ablilty to post is sort of a shot in the dark...today has been good. I've actually been able to complete three whole posts, and the board has taken them!!

I like leaving it open...the only problem is that, like you said, there are a lot of incative posters. but there's somthing else.

I want to set up potential "missions"

I'll tell someone that they're looking for somthing, and to find it, they must first find passage off planet.

that way, I'll have some sort of control on the plot lines, to keep it somewhat organized in a manner where I can make sure that things don't fall apart in the event that someone DOESN'T post.

The last few days were hard for the Ho'Din. he had gone through troublesome buisness requests after another. After wandering the galaxy, he decicded to return to the bar where he visited the night before his shipment to Jabba. he strode in and took a seat at the bar.

IC: Deneveon arrived at the tapcafe on her speeder. She checked her datapad to check if she was at the right address. She got off the speeder.

OOC: Okay, uh, what exactly is a tapcafe supposed to be?

 

Gel looked up. "No water? Give me the cheapest thing you've got then."

Deneveon, a Tapcafe is a bar. Besides, unless Baron Fel posts again, we really don't need you on that line

It will be best if all the characters make their way back to the bar...we'll start a new there.

"The cheapest thing huh? Man, you sure don't know how to live...do ya?" Colun sat a green goupy drink infront of him, in a dirty glass .

Gel stareea t the drink for a moment, then took a sip, and somehow managed not to regurgitate. He grinned. "Apparently not," he replied. "Give me a Corellian ale. Any kind will do."

 

OOC: Well then Ill just stick to my old character with all the same statistics do I have to post them again? No probobly not.

IC: Kenji Fett walked into the bar. He was in a crappy mood. He sat down next to a gentlemen that looked like he was about to vomit. "Throw up on me and I swear I'll kill you!" he said without looking at the man. He took off his mandalorian helmet and set it on the bar. "Give me a Corellian Sprib" he said to the bartender.

Gel stared at the man in the mandalorian armor next to him for a couple of seconds. "Do you need a hug?"

 

Kenji glared at the man. "Touch me and you die" he said calmly as he pulled out a type 5X Mandalorian Blaster (the best ever made)

Gel ignored him and turned back his to cup of slime. "You got that ale yet?" he hollered.

 

"And my Sprib???" Kenji yelled back at the bartender. He sighed, things were not going well for him at the moment.

IC: Her datapad flashed a meesage.

She grumbled something and sped off toward the hangar.

Kenji Fett was getting impatient with the bartender and Kenji was usually very patient. He jumped back behind the bar and made himself a sprib and placed it where he sat. He now made the other man's ale and placed it in front of him. He took the credits out of a compartment in his armor and put them in the bartenders credit box.

"You going to pay for that or am I going to have to beat the crap out of you?"

Gel stared at him for a couple moments more. "How much is it?" he asked, while taking out a few creds. Gel hesitated a moment. "And, I'm just wondering, but is there a chance that you've encountered an ewok with rabies before?"

 

You mean one like you, not before now. And it's 10 credits.

OOC: My Internet is still on the fritz...they've added two dorms without increasing bandwith...and I have a horrible time getting connected.

IC: Colun served all the drinks that were needed. Somthing in the back of his mind told him that this was going to be a day that will be remembered as a day where he'd wish he'd stayed in bed.

 

Gel gave his creds to the bartender. "Would you happen to know a place where I can gte temporary employment?" he asked him.

 

Kenji Fett looked at the man. "You could work for me" He said to the man.
