I had to run to the train when there was just 6 jumpers left yesterday. I think Hannawald will be very strong in the olympics, I'm starting to get disappointed in Malyz though.

actually i think Hannawald will be tired once the olympics start.. I think Schmitt will be back by then and I really hope that Simon Amman, Martin Koch or Matti Hautamaeki do good at the olympics... they deserve it!

I think I will cross my fingers a bit extra for Amann. But still Hannawald showed a lot of pshycologial strenght when he managed to win all the competitions.

Ahhh we have lost our Eurosport, hopefully it's just a minor glitch, since some other houses have it. [face_despair]

A good news is that I know am quite sure that Eurosport isn't gone for ever. Yesterday when we tried to program our video, somehow we got Eurosport on our videochannel, so it is probably somewhere where we can find it.

The olympics has started, I've found Eurosport again, so now I can post again.

So far I've seen the womens 15km, it was really exciting, and I'm happy that Belmondo won, she has always been number 2 and really deserved to be nr 1 for once!

I saw the end of the nordic combined jumping, I think it will be tough, but Ackerman should take a medal at least. I'm holding on Stecher though.

    Tonights the K90!

Yeah and Germany has chances to wind medals at the Ladies 3000m speed skating tonight, too..
In what dicipline do you think sweden will have a chance to win a medal? Ladies cross-country? Biathlon?

Biathlon and the men's cross country, if Per Elofsson can get in shape again. Then we are quite strong in snowboard and curling too.

It was fun that Amann won, a bit of surprise didn't think that he was going to make it in the second jump. I didn't think that Tallus would be able to hold on to a medal either.

it was an exciting final in skijumping.
the ARD Reporters said something like: "Now Switzerland finally has a good operating Airlines again: Amman Air" LOL

I didn´t expect Amman to do it either. I thought he´ll be too nervous...well, he was better than Hannawald, he deserves the gold medal.

A big surprise is that the German icehockey team won again.
