As long as it doesn't degenerate (although some would say rather "evolve") into another RS_77 worship thread like every other thread here, it's fine.

Even with Hayden's increased beefcakeness, it's hard to see him as this scary black Sith Lord in the OT.

 

Well, hopefully he'll kill some people gruesomely in RotS, and then it'll be quite easy to imagine the transition. He may not quite fill out the suit yet, but it isn't too much of a stretch of the imagination, especially if you think he had the suit made big because he was planning on putting on more bulk, like how you buy your kids clothes that they'll grow into.

I would hope a thread about Hayden's physique would stay away from, uh... me. Though somewhere floating around here I have a photo of me standing next to a large poster of Hayden modeling for Louis Vuitton. Hmm... best of both worlds? But nobody is topless... ah well.

Anyway, so you're still not convinced GARTH? Were you expecting someone of a, say... Vin Diesel size? I think this is a case of the impossibility of totally meeting people's OT expectations. I don't think there's anyone whose image can easily fill that suit. But Hayden does a brilliant job with Anakin on all other accounts, so I'll take him.
