not much cleaning going on in here in my absence....I think I might need to appoint a manager in my absence?

I'm definately still going to pop in and have an ale with the locals- love you guys too much to just leave it, but I think it might need some up keep

* wakes up upstairs in the managers apartment, dresses and wanders downstairs.

Ah a Christmas viewing of Die Hard after the patrons gathered for Christmas Dinner. Now I remember. Nice.

* remembers my night before and throws out any white wine in the bar
* grabs a broom, a dustpan and fills up the sink with hot water and detergent.

Ah bugger this. Who wants coffee and bacon??

 

*puts up holly and scantily dressed pictures of star wars characters with santa hats on. Gets out the Christmas Sherry, the blue milk and puts everything else on ice*

So it's just me here at these wee hours of Christmas Eve morning. EXCELLENT!

* Puts on CD of Bono sings Bing Crosby singing Christmas Carols, grabs a Cruiser, picks comfiest couch near the fire ( hey it's my bar..I can pretend it's winter ) and enjoys the serenity....

Feel free to pop in for a drink on this lovely Christmas Eve. You might have to serve yourself though in a few hours

 

Hmmmmmm. Would blue milk mix well with Bailleys? *note to self: Get food dye.*

*notes scantily clad SW character pictures* Oh my.

Maybe this branch of Skywalkers is situated (even if temporarily) on Hoth? (Ah, the real reason the Rebels were hiding out there! More Christmassy than Tatooine...)

*hands Morgan a dark browney/grey mixture not seemingly that pretty to look at. Puts a Ferrero Rocher next to it.

 

*wakes up after falling asleep beside the fire with one side of body slightly too warm...

Mmm bit quiet today. All the more drinking for me

* makes a huge bowl of a Christmassy cocktail. Opens the cashews. oooohhh lychees.

 

Tonight actually portends to be reasonable. *pulls up a bar stool* I have my supply of vodka just in case, and I've just been to the pre-mass practice (or the tail-end of it anyways) and have realised/remembered that the guy I was so anxious to avoid probably isn't going to bother me that much because he's quite dopey and we cooperated quite well when he ran through a few songs for me that I had missed. There's still the chance he'll start on his more irksome tangent, but so far we're all good and Bec is not overly stressed.

Also on the plus side, due to the fact that I missed all of the practices, I'm not going to lose my voice by the end of the night. Woohoo!

So here I am - what can I get to eat that will be quick and easy? *picks up a menu*

 

*walks in from the side-rooms*

Well, 2 out of 3 done. Only thing left is the blackjack.

It's had a re decorate & I've appointed a Bar manager in my absence- who might I add is doing a good job.

I do like the idea of trying a Baileys & blue milk too

 

*Enters bar screeming running across the floor exiting by the back door*

*employs a couple of ewoks to set up the bar with some almost invisible stretched vines to stop the crazy screaming folk making i all the way through.

I think someone else should manage the inn a while. I've been drunker then normal since I took over the place.

OOooohh I'm sure there's some gungan hangover cure around here somewhere.

 

You're doing a great job- hang in there, the whole 1 for the customer , 2 for me- is hurting the hip pocket abit, but good help round here is hard to find , so please stay
