I really wish I could have made it there, but if there will be a Slacker Con II, count me in!!
I think the odds of a SlackerCon II are pretty good. Last night Ken and I decided that Eugenia will inherit SlackerCon in the event that I leave. And I think that as an annual event, SlackerCon should probably take place about once every 14 months as slackers usually don't put forth the effort to get it together on time.
You gotta do it again if you leave Rog.
Yeah. I've already told them that if they can keep it alive I will be back for as many as possible in the future
thanks for a lovely time everyone. evan, lindsy, and i had fun
I was just about to post that my caravan made it home safe and sound but it seems Heather beat me to it
Thanks for the great time all! And thanks to Roger again for putting it all together
I look foward to seeing the pics!
I must thank you folks for a lovely time at SlackerCon I. All three of us P'boigh-style folks had a great time. Gotta give mad props to Roger for putting it together.
I do wish that I had been a little less exhausted, though. I don't know if anyone noticed, but I started nodding off in my chair towards the end of the night. [face_shocked] *hangs head in shame*
Anyway, can't wait to see the pics. If someone could post 'em up somewhere on the net, that'd be totally groovin'. Looking forward to the next one...
Just ate a bowl of oatmeal,
It was nice meeting you, Brian, and the rest of your group.
I am dropping the rolls of film off tomorrow...not sure if I am getting one hour or wait a day or two...I have 3 rolls to drop off.
I would thank Roger for putting Slackercon together. My wife and I had a good time. I was happy to finally meet Shawn and not just because he had figures for me. However that did bring much joy to me. Also, I really enjoyed talking to the Pittsburgh people. Good to talk to people from my homeland. So the next one is in 14 months? Maybe I will make it to one more event during those 14 months.
Shawn dont' forget to email them to me. I will post the link to tmy site when i have them up.
Ric, the poster is awsome. I took down my swords and hung it at the foot of the bed. She looks wonderful.
Glad you like it. Thanks again for finding the figure for me.
Yeah, that restaurant sucked and blew... all at the same time.
I couldn't get a waiter to take my order for nearly an hour. Then when I finally got my meal and ate, I moved down a couple of seats and the waiter wanted me to start a new tab at my "new" location when all I was doing was splitting a pitcher of beer with K&E.
I tell you, a bunch of savages working there.
getting one hour shawn?
Heather...not sure yet.
Depends on when I go today.
If I go while having my daughter, I may not.
If I go after she goes back with her mother...I just may.
Hey Heather, nice to see you back again
i have lots of free time throughout the day at work, so i fear i'm going to be lurking here a bit too much O
Hi Heather, I'm still mad at you for taking that shot without me. Just kidding.
Shawn, go for the one hour. that way I can post the pics tonight
Yay! You can be one of our adoptive members. That is basically what Shawn has become. And Mutt used to belong to the Maryland boards until we abducted him
i'm sorry 'bout that tim...i had 2 other people who had paid for theirs at the table.
thanks you for being so generous.
i don't mind being adopted especially if i end up in college park next yr. 2003 was so busy that i didn't get to do anything with the richmond ff, but posting is something i can easily do.
btw, wore my marine pt shirt to the gym today. ooh-rah ;-)
*looks for spoon*
Oh there it is

oooh, i need to step away from this computer before i'm here all day!
3C071... I'm a system administrator.
Let me reiterate thanks to Roger. SC was definitely a lot of fun! Here's to SC2 (when we get around to it...)!
