Well no Jeff doesn't have me under his thumb, but I won't have a sitter that weekend and I will be there the following weekend anyway for Far Point and a Valentine's Day weekend.

 

Bring the child! Of course that might limit the choice of group activities a bit. Heh.

We can still find some place to take the kid and younger GSers without dampeneing the old timers' fun. It will work out.

yeah...going down Friday night and crashing. Doing the signing on Saturday, then hanging out...then coming back home on Saturday night...

not doing the signing in MD.

 

Shawn, were you planning to crash with me or Tim when you get here? Its going to be a long drive back Saturday night. You might want to consider that drive carefully.

 

OK, after some thought, I've decided I'm up for some fun! So count me in.

 

Okay, I've read the whole thread and I'm still at sea. Is it Friday the 7th? At Ireland's 4 Courts in CITY? I'm not a Zahn fan, so I'm skipping the signing, but I'm game for a get together, and may bring along a friend, depending if we're talking Friday or Saturday.

Stalker, can you provide an update for those of us Geriatric types who are a bit slow on the uptake?

 

The 7th is a Saturday.

 

Renata, There is no definite location for our gathering yet. I have waited about decided the location until I can get a better number and demographic of the attendees. The location and time for the gathering will be posted no later than the 1st of February. Tentatively it will be Saturday evening immediately after the book signing at a location withing walking distance from the signing. More updates to come.
