As for drinks... smirnoff is good although here it's considered more a chick drink...as are bacardi breezers..
I prefer bailey's, aftershocks, or Absinthe!! Few of them and your away with the fairies!!!

Beer wise Labatt WildCat Lager, nice and dark

but after a round of golf a Corona with a lime in it is hard to beat.

off dude. I posted about how good the stuff is, I didn't post this while I was lit up on it. I have been gone for 3 weeks and have no clue what the hell happened to this forum, but to be called a hypocrite because I post beverage appreciation weeks ago isn't very fair.

And Smirnoff Ice is good, although I'm starting to like Mike's Hard Lemonade a lot too. Both are plenty manly.

 

Well I often post drunk. I'm sure many people do, but just don't admit it. Drinking and posting at the JC is a good way to relax. It's not like I go out of control and start behaving innappropriately. If I get banned for that then so be it. It's a nonsense rule; absolutely ridiculous.

 

Let us try a bit of logic here.

But with this thread, you are basically saying that an alcoholic beverage is good. Something that would be good to drink. Thus maybe leading those younger to you and who look up to you, to drink said beverages. Thus maybe leading to underage drinking. Something that this board does not condone. And according to the new rule put forward by Azeem and enforced on Tonyf, you should be demoted...

 

I'd rather you drink and post than drink and drive.

Smirnoff Ice tastes really good. Underage kids, just try Fresco and you'll have no reason to try the alcoholic beverage.

1. you can get drunk if you choose to. It's your life.
2. you can post on the JC while drunk, and/or while drinking. We don't care. Your posts may not be entirely coherent, but hey, it may be hard to distinguish them from some other posts anyway.
3. discussing alcohol beverages is fine. It's a legal drug after all. Even doctors recommend a glass of red wine under certain circumstances.
4. what you cannot do is *promote* the fact that being drunk is fun, and is cool and desirable.

DL has not stated in here that he's getting drunk on Smirnoff Ice, nor that such a thing would be hip/cool/whatever the catch phrase is in your generation and area.
