Y'all are one step ahead of me. I really don't want to freeze both my real and pretend tuckuses off while we play.

Playing at Nightmarez would be fine with me.

I need to let Mandy know something to post about this, so do we want to make this an official decision?

 

OK- Let's make the location official. We'll do it at Nightmarez instead. I'm contacting Mandy with the location so she can post this meeting for us.

For those who may not have been to Nightmarez, it's at 6600 Stage Rd. at Kirby-Whitten in the Stage Center shopping center. It's the old Walgreens location on the corner- suite 110 I think.

It's at least inside away from the wind! I was hot at work yesterday so I wore some shorts today. I was okay until I went outside for lunch and the wind hit my bare legs!!!

Oh, we've got a fridge. I'll snag some ice and a couple two liters. If anyone needs adult beverages feel free to bring them and any munchies you might want.

I've still got to figure out a character to play..!

Did everyone decide that their role would be the Invisible Man today?

Lin, Sal, and I were there. Of course, we couldn't play because we had no idea how, and we didn't have any of the materials to do so. We waited around for two hours, and then gave up.

We had a great time at Applebee's, though.

 

For our next meeting we should move to a larger venue so we could fit in all the people that were at this meeting... on other planet!

You guys that planned this SWRPG thing really did a great job showing up to your own meeting!

 

Ok, so I'm guessing that there won't be any SWRPG'ing at ShadowCon, huh..?

And it was a shame, too. Lin had a great character picked out- Haggle, the Toydarian Curio-Shoppe Owner. And I had a lightsaber tied to my leg with a bandana, all ready to play Ymmit The Mentally-Challenged Sith Lord. Lin practiced his voice all week, and I practiced making all those gear-shifting sounds. What a shame we wasted all those hours of work.

 

I'm just glad Sal decided it was too cold to be a slave girl!

Oh yeah NOW you show up! Hey while your here why dont you go ahead and show us how to SWRPG for the Con since we didnt do it at THE MEETING. If the rules are explained and game can be played online then maybe we can do it still? Or maybe we can have another meeting and tell everyone that there will be free food and then we can pack the place!

 

I think Sal's new name should be 'Darth Sarcasm'!

Memphis FanForce RPG Meeting

Members of the Memphis, TN FanForce chapter will be holding an RPG meeting on Saturday, November 15th, at the old Nightmarez location in Stage Center Shopping Center. The Stage Center Shopping Center is located at the corner of Stage and Kirby-Whitten Road in Bartlett, TN. The meeting will be held from 3:00PM until 6:00PM.
