    Just think of all the cool dudes who knew how to work a cape: Lando, Vader, Elvis, Zorro... We could conceivably bring capes back into fashion.

    No capes.

    I'm all for originality and creativity as long as Star Wars is the dominant theme of whatever we do. Someone must be able to glance at the t-shirt and have their first thought be "Star Wars".

    Don't worry about it, Sal. We'll make our own capes.

    I like the Joe Carroney idea, or something like it. Some sort of almagamation of both Memphis and Star Wars that looks like one of the classic posters. I did like the style of the FF shirt that Rocky Mountain did, but it just lacks anything that personalizes it beyond the FF name.

    I also like the Joe Carroney style idea and it will look awsome with a matching kilt and cape! [face_chicken]

    Chicks dig the cape!

    Yeah, I thought of that- but our name comes from an Elvis song so it's kind of hard to get away from it. And can you imagine if we could have seen Elvis go sith on somebody in a movie..?! Mercy!

    I liked the first design the Rocky Mountain fan force did- and the "A force to be reckoned with" saying is cool.

    [image=http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w112/photocor/RMFF-Tee-2008.jpg]

    The other looked like a typical clip art'ish tourist shirt.

    I'd like to keep it very Star Wars'ish, but fun, unique, and with a hint of Elvis or Memphis music.

    As far as baby doll tees and big boy tees go, we'd have to do two separate sets of screens for them. Depending on the printer that could be two different minimums.

    Me personally- I'd love for the girls to have the baby doll tees. I think they're a bit more stylish at cons, and if we do bigger sizes they could have another to kick around or sleep in and be comfortable. When I check prices I'll find out about the set up costs, too. Some work it in to the price, others break it all down.

    What shop? Can you get a price list?

    I think we can find a good balance for the design. I've always thought of the SMT as being a little different than other FanForces, with our balance of talent, creativity, humor... drinking. I think we find a design that reflects that.

    My biggest concerns are minimum orders and cost. I don't want a handful of us to absorb all of the cost if we can't unload an order. (That would really cut in my and Traci's liquor budget, and you really don't want to deal with Traci if that happens. [face_laugh]:p)

    Also, they have to be better quality than those crap shirts that Zazzle is producing. Those are pretty much single-use. After that, the image is gone. I've bought Star Wars shirts from Wal-Mart that have lasted 50 times longer for a fraction of the price.

    Or her paper towel budget!

    Found some of my old files! Copying them off of the disk now. Found a ton of old pics, too! I'll get them to Nicki and/or Traci to go thru for the SMT photo vault.

    Like this one!

    Here are the SMT hockey jerseys Rhonda had made- can't wait for the weather to get cool enough to wear them again.

    I think Rhonda did these, too.

    [image=http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w293/bu****ales/SMTCF2.jpg]

    And I think I did these base on those.

    [image=http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w293/bu****ales/SMTXIZORLOGO.jpg]

    And of course the SMT pig.
    [image=http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w293/bu****ales/smtpigrevised.jpg]

    I'd love to come up with something that has this kind of look, but more us.

    Kinda like the TC! art- and hopefully this time Fanboys won't use it.

    It's his own Personal Print shop in his house. He has several screens that he uses. The Prices per shirt that I had made up for my Airsoft/paintball team were 20 bucks per shirt. It depends on how many colors used.

    How many did you have made up, what color shirts, and how many colors did you use?
