K-mart stores are having a Buy One, Get One 50% Off Sale on all Star Wars toys. Buy any toy (regular price 3.99-34.99) and get the second one (of equal or lesser value) at half off the normal price. Looks like the sale is indeed nationwide, but it's only good today and Monday, so you better hurry up if you want to take advantage of the sale prices.

Good news for everyone who renewed their Fan Club membership for two years last year. You will still get the membership kit this year without renewing again (as your membership is still current for 2003)!!! The membership kits are very similar to those of past years, however they have added a "Bantha Tracks" patch and a mini standee with Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Yoda to the usual assortment of post cards from Star Wars worlds, stickers, and welcome letters from the Fan Club and The Flanneled One himself.

The second week in Feb sounds good, it will give us time to save & we will have all our bills paid too

i dont open much .cool characters and if i have two , i'll open one , but the card or the paint doesnt have to be perfect . i have some pretty hammered cards , and some that are great . it just depends on if its hard to find or not i guess .

 

I just received my Destroyer Droid and Deluxe Geonosian (on error card). I'll bring'um to the meeting.

where do you order your stuff from?

Yup, I order some hard to find stuff online (EntertainmentEarth.com, TRU/Amazon.com, and as a last resource E-bay). Though most of the hard to find stuff I trade with other fellow collectors online.

 

Im going to start ordering more. I know EE has figure cases for decent prices, but you get a few of each figure. Would anyone be interested in splitting cases with me on a regular basis?
There are some figures I would want doubles or triples of, but for most of them, I just want one of each.
