ST Snoke's Height - Poll

I'm still waiting. I had high hopes for it when Kasdan was supposed to be involved.

 

I hope he's not too tall. They'll have to use that fake Hagrid (from Harry Potter) CGI stuff. It'll look fake.

 

Oh yes. This.. would be amazing. I LOVE how they're taking so much inspiration from McQuarrie for this movie, and if it's his original emperor sitting on that podium with those dark troopers as his guards, that would be amazing. BTW, It looks to me like they might have taken Knights of Ren inspiration from those dark troopers... how cool would it be if there were Knights of Ren in his throne room serving as his bodyguards?

 

Didn't you know Warwick Davis plays Kylo Ren and Deep Roy plays Hux in the wide angle shot of Snoke talking to Kylo and Hux?

 

I am thinking about 8 foot tall. Tall enough to be extremely physically imposing, but short enough that the shots will work without it turning into a Snokezilla movie or Jurassic Snoke.

Maybe Disney saw the success of JW and decided to make Snoke a T-Rex.... A T-Rex that talks and uses the force who would not what to see that.

 

As in more CGI than mocap? ehmmmm okay. I don't get it.

 

If there is an unused McQuarrie concept to be crammed into the new movie/TV show/etc, Lucasfilm/Disney will make it happen... (apparently). I love McQuarrie's work, but it seems like they are depending a little too heavily on his portfolio... at some point the well's gonna run dry and someone (currently living) is going to have to come up with their own original visual concept to use in these new stories (just sayin')...

 

8 to 12 feet is what I'm thinking.

 

So that's what Snoke is. He's the rancor in Jabba's palace that survived Luke's door-crushing, then became intelligent and a Darkside force user. All in only 35 years!

 

I've gone for less then 8 feet, but my guess would be around 7-8 feet. As people have said that's tall enough to be intimidating, but not too tall that it looks stupid.

 

He will be as tall as a planet, because he is actually Galactus. This is part of Disney's master plan to purchase and crossover every major franchise in Hollywood. It also explains why they are so reluctant to show anything about Snoke.

 

So when Disney buys every franchise known in existence, the final plan is to make the ultimate crossover series that will span 32 films.

 

I know where Luke has been the last ten years.

Bottom line. The taller they make him look, the faker it will look.

I'm liking the idea that he's small, but perched up high.
I'm imagining a bullfrog kind of character. Big mouth, small body. Should have been voiced by Dinklage.

 

Lol,what matters how tall he is?
Grandmaster Yoda was very small,but so strong.
Is same with Sith Lords also,does not matter their height,
but their force sensitivity and how good they are knowing the Force.
