Dude, we got snow, how cool is that!!!!
I know!!!! It's amazing!
Right now we've got 5 and 1/2 inches here in Fuquay-Varina... and it's still coming down pretty hard!
Stay safe and warm everyone!
We received over 6 inches of snow in some parts of the Atlanta area. It began snowing yesterday morning, and it did not stop until after noon today. I took my digital camera outside and snapped about 30 pictures. It is very pretty, if a little inconvenient.
If you must travel, please be careful. Otherwise, stay at home, build a snowman, and drink some hot chocolate.
We got snow here in Durham, but now it's all melting! I had a great time riding through my neighborhood on my sled though!
Wow, we got 9 inches here right outside of Raleigh! Of course it's been a while, and it's melted now...
But it was fun! I got to miss a day of school...
12 inches here in Cary....i haven't enjoyed such a good snowball fight in years....
Sounds fun! We had a small snowball fight, but my brothers' were too good! And we got really cold and wet...
old thread, i know...but the raleigh area of this forum is looking lonely.
i remember in Jan. 2000 when we got 2 feet of snow. At least, in wake forest we did.
We're definately looking lonely. Hi dinoX!
It's weird how we only get a "big snow" every few years... kinda like hurricanes.
