I've always felt the prequels are worthy additions to STAR WARS.

 

I know a few people who have been to see AOTC, they like Star Wars but not huge fans and they love this one, they think its the best of the saga. And IMO its the best, so I think the majority will welcome this movie to the saga, obviously you cant please everyone though.

 

nothings changed, with the exeption of kiddy jar jar tpm was on par with everything else. it was just setup. if you hate aotc get off these boards.

Well AOTC certainly has!

 

AOTC has it's place (flaws and all ), but it makes TPM really look like a red-headed stepchild!

 

After Aotc, HELL YES! I just love it to death! The PM was good, AotC is great.

WHile Aotc has it flaws, their minor and not ruin the movie. Its a great movie and indeed a worthy addition. If your not happy with this one, you will never be.

I've seen Aotc 3 times so far. Before the last time i watched the TPM dvd again. Im really amazed how much Lucas has improved. Amazing.

And yes, Ep3 will be the darkest SW movie ever, mesa thinks. Its hard to think we have to wait 3 freakin years.

Im really, really looking forward to the Aotc DVD.

Edit: and oh yeah, i think ILM should get an Oscar for Yoda alone. So freakin fantastic. He never looked cgi to me. Great job ILM!

 

AOTC is respectable, but only just, TPM is a major blow. So far, this new trilogy hasnt yet proved itself. I still hold high hopes for Episode III though

Why is it that you continue to criticise other peoples posts, when yours are probably the most time wasting of all. I enjoyed AOTC for the most part, but I dont think its perfect, and I dont think the new trilogy has proved itself. The whole point of this board is to allow a debate over the new Star Wars film, so some people will like it, some people will hate it.

Its a question, the goal of this question is to find out peoples thoughts on AOTC and how it rates with the other Star Wars films. Some people will answer the question with a "Yes", others with a resounding "No", and others with a "maybe". Are you trying to tell me that the only people that should be posting a response to this question are the ones who will say "yes" ?

 

Yes AOTC made the others look more better with the storyline & such



but Im not sure of Episode III, I hope it is good as AOTC or even better!

if one is so keen on believing that the PT is inferior and not worthy of star wars....why would they at all CARE about someone who likes them...WHY?!

you should go back and watch the OT..and realize they have more faults than you can even think of...you are just acustomed to them and are afraid to lower their high place (which some think should be untouchable)...tell me you dont cringe when you hear..."Laugh it up fuzzball." or even better "I dont know where you get your dillusions laserbrain" GIVE ME A BREAK

most people who use the OT to bash the PT dont even remember the movies.
