It was great as usual. Let's see stories we can tell here. . .
Costuming was amazing. Moriah did some great work on her SuperGirl and Classic Wonder Woman costumes. Steven did his Galaxy quest costume and ummmm. . . and a bunch of DB516ers did Kim Possible. Chris as 'Kicked in the Nuts' was there.
    The Stormjanitors returned again.

AeroSith played the Cantina Ball and joined forces with members of the Birmingham Alabama Fan Force who dressed as the Modal Nodes (Cantina band). We all played on stage together for 4 songs. On each corner of the stage we had a dancing Princess Leia (Dana) and dancing Admiral Ackbar (Jerry from Birmingham) who sang "Its A Trap" to the AeroSith song Light Saber Rider. It was very funny.
AeroSith opened up the Matters of the Force Costume contest with the '30th Anniversary' act. The Stormjanitors made a surprise appearance at the end of the set to clean up the bodies that Jar Jar shot.

The Big event of the weekend is the Dragon*Con Masquerade which was hosted by the Mythbusters and is aired on the local access TV channel. The Emperor came out to give a speech and was kicked in the Nuts. Soon after a Stormjanitor came out and was also kicked in the nuts. People told us that we should have done it a third time. That would have been the kicker.
After, Chris had people coming up to him asking to be kicked in the nuts for photos.

We also filmed a special Emperor is Kicked in the Nuts at Dragon*Con short.

There was a Star Wars 30th Anniversary panel with David Prowse, Ray Park, Peter Mayhew, Richard LeParmentier, and Mathew Wood.

I'm probably fogetting a whole bunch of things. --Billy

Dragon*Con lived up to its reputation as being the best (and most fun) convention! My favoite part was seeing all of the elaborate costumes. Oh, I also loved being with so many geeks! I can't wait till next year.

Here is the link to a video of AeroSith with the Modals at DragonCon. The song is "Just a Little Cantina band"

Search further and there is another song "Light Saber Rider."
