the information systems exam was easy as, though it sucks how i spent my time studying things such as dataflow diagrams and stuff when they didn't appear on the exam and the context diagram was a joke also alot of the questions such as the one where it asks you what comes after bytes were pointless

Xavier Rudd is a bloke I'd turn for, always puts out a solid gig (I've been to about 10 of 'em ;) ) Cat Empire always throw out a solid gig, Donovan F- has a good rep and all my mates give much kudos; Hilltop Hoods will be chief among a solid Hip Hop contingent to see, and bloody hell I'd have to peruse the line up because there are at least a half dozen I'm forgetting that'll rock.

Well ****, here's something I should probably make an effort to get to. BDO's looking like it's going to rock too, so I could be a broke little mod by the end of the summer.

Big Day Out is my gig of choice this summer...I'm too poor and sick of Lorne and don't want to go to Tassie, so Falls is out like a butted out joint. But BDO...that looks damn good. If only I could get the good Hiphop acts to come to my place over summer, Iwouldn't have to worry about the tickets. I'm already shelling out $50 to see Ztrip and Lifesavas next month...so much money already down the drain!

Which is what makes Falls, BDO and the Blues and Roots Fest such good gigs. ;) a hundred bucks give or take per ticket and you see a gullet full of great acts plus more.

**is still thinking un-family friendly thoughts and having definitely un-family friendly feelings regarding Aphex Twin live at 2004 BDO....**

You didn't like Aphex twin or you liked him a bit too much?

He wasn't impressed with my sister when she screamed at him and gave him a hug :p He may not like your thoughts :p

Mmm, Xavier Rudd isn't bad, although obviously unlike your fine self i have tired of him after seeing too many of his gigs (not as many as you - only 7).

Cat Empire - absolutely (complete with the empire horns, no less!)
Donovan F - He has a 70s p*rn mustache or a pedophile mustache, but whichever way you look at it he's frightening to do so. His music is alright though.
I'm interested in seeing old protest singer, Billy Bragg, The Living End are always good, The John Butler Trio likewise (this'd be my fifth time, too), Missy Higgins... maybe, Carus, yes, probably, Mia Dyson + Ash Grunwald, absolutely, seen them many times and never fail to entertain.

BDO - meh. I've seen much better line-ups for a lot cheaper prices for longer periods of time. Maybe it's because i'm not really into hip-hop though, apart from the empire and mr. franti (who i cannot wait to see in melb in jan!!!!)

Blues and Roots fest - *drools* maybe i can actually go this year...
