I would have Billy Bragg's children, Vusi Mahlasela makes you cry, Donovan Frankenreiter has the most awesome tash, Spiderbait make loud sound kinda cool, JBT is JBT, Xavier Rudd is a living God, The Living End redefine how to Aussie ROCK, The Cat Empire are indescribably cool (I want to dance like Felix!) and Aussie Hip Hop is more then alive and well.

But my head is like rock huggard warrior without enough oil.

    You7 eating too much Shiz?

It was friggin awesome. Xavier + Vusi was amazing, best Xavier gig i've ever seen (and i've seen a few). Donovan could easily stand in as a child molester in a bad horror film, Spiderbait were awesome (bam ba lam), JBT aren't playing take as an encore anymore, Bob Brozman is the best guitarist i have ever seen (screw this hendrix fellow, Bobby can PLAY!), TZU are as clever as always, Hilltop Hoods were awesome, De La Soul was, um, how do you describe them? The Fresh Princes of early 90s Rap?

The Cat Empire were awesome, as usual. The mosh pit was incredibly packed, but good fun all the same. And yes, i want to dance like Felix. But i also want to play keys like Ollie.

And you'd be interested to know that i was considering yelling out "PoT!!!" indescriminantly to try and find you but i thought i might illicit some unwanted responses. The excuse that "pot is the guy with red colours and the old guy icon" mightn't have gone down so well either.

I was right next to the pylon for TZU on the left for the act and was there to be wowed by edition one of harmonica boy. ;) In fact, we seemingly saw all the same acts.

I was jammed right up the centre front for Cat Empire and Billy Bragg as well. If you so the shirtless footballers jumping around like dicks, I was the guy trying to push them back to stop couple of nice young fillies from being crushed.

If you yelled out pot, you would of just started a price war from people trying to sell you a gram or five. ;)

Okay. I was in the centre-front for TZU. Did you catch The Vasco Era? I lieks em. Hah, yeah, harmonica boy was funny. Did he play with Donovan? That would have been freaky.... guy with molester mustache + little boy = disturbingness.

I didn't catch much of Billy Bragg actually. But what i saw was pretty good. And no, i wasn't one of the idiot jocks in the pit for Cat Empire - it sounds like i was doing fairly much the same as you (trying to stop fillies being crushed, that is).

I am the antithesis of all jocks. Fools.

Melb biomed > Monash biomed. Genetic, microbiology, immunology, biophysics, biomed, it's all where it's happening.

Any VicFFers get their results today? (I know no regulars did, but just in case anyone is lurking . . .)

What about people you know? Any triumphant 99.95s out there? :p

(oh, and Hawk, sorry for unlocking this, but if you think it was a bad idea, just lock and delete my post, and it will slip nicely back in place. :p )

Yes, the ENTER system is supremely unfair, and stupid. Just remind her that once you leave school, no-one cares what your ENTER is anyway.

Yes, but I guess it shouldn't be a mandatory part of growing up to be basically told by the government that you aren't as intelligent as you thought you were.
