General So I Went To See Man Of Steel (Spoiler Free)

Any of you seen it yet? Planning on seeing it?

I loved it. He's always been my favorite superhero, and this film does not disappoint.

 

I'll probably wait til it's on Sky Movies unless my friend coming over from the States next week wants to go. I can't see paying cinema prices for it as I'm not much of a Superman fan.

 

I like the tone of the movie, he's a very different type of Superman to what we are used to which I think works better.

I've always considered Superman a little to wholesome and pure, plus his whole being crazily overpowered thing. In this he was a lot more....human, and had emotions.

 

I loved it. Infact so much that I went and saw it again.

 

No red pants over his leggings and the interest was gone for me.

I have yet to see a Superman movie since Christopher Reeves wore the suit. However, my sister saw it and wrote a review for it at our website (www.g-pop.net). Reading the review, I found I took issue with some of the inconsistencies presented by the storyline regarding Superman's birth and the reason he was sent off of Krypton, etc. But I can say this - that has to be the hottest Superman/Clark Kent to ever don the suit!

 

Saw at the BFI IMAX and it blew my tiny little mind

 

Curious that the next movie will apparently feature Batman
