So I've never seen American Graffiti

This is probably my favorite movie by Lucas. For those who haven't seen it, you really need to.

It's funny you remember us. I've noticed most people are gone who were around during that era.


I don't live too far from Modesto where AG was filmed. It was wild driving down the same strip that's in the movie.


BTW...I saw it mentioned that this movie was the first to do the part at the end that showed what everyone did in the future. That would be correct. It came out 5 years before Animal House did, which also ended the same way.

 

How could I forget the original Blue Man group? So the strip in AG is still around? Has it changed much in town?

 

That area of town hasn't changed much from what I saw. I believe GL's mom still lives there.
