ST So what character did _________ play?

Miltos Yerolemou, the sword instructor from Game of Thrones, supposedly was in Force Awakens.

Does anyone know what character he played?

Weird though. Just checked the credits and he's a "bar patron".

You cast an expert swordsman to play….a drunken alien.

Makes sense.

 

Someone told me he was the guy in Maz Kanata's castle with the black stormtrooper helmet and fur coat. That character is in the Vanity Fair photo right behind the Crimson Corsair, but I wasn't able to spot the black stormtrooper helmet guy in the actual movie.

Hmmm...maybe he was cut from the film?

 

Is that weirder than having James Bond be a storm trooper?

 

He looks like Zuvio - The character that was cut from the film...

Avnar, I forgot about that guy. Yeah he was cut. Maybe that was him?

 

He played an alien in Maz's bar but they haven't revealed which one as far as I know

 

According to the film credits, he's a Bar Patron.


Ubert "Sticks" Quaril looks like him but the character seems too thin. Though maybe its just the angle or the image itself being edited.

He's not Wollivan, Quiggold, Bazine Netal, or Jashco Phurus

Prashee and Cratinus (creepy smiling aliens) seem to be too small.

Gwellis Bagnoro & Izby (dog thing) are also a bit small.

Pru Sweevant (blue beard) is too small.

Strono Cookie Tuggs (the butcher) and Praster Ommlen (Ithorian looking alien) are too big.

Sidon Ithano (crimson corsair) is too thin and too tall.

Another one: Christina Chong. She was strongly rumored to be in TFA, but not officially confirmed. Was she in it after all or not?

 

Wasn't TR-8R played by that Liang Yang fellow? He's a Chinese-American stuntman who has done stunt work in many major movies, including Edge of Tomorrow, Skyfall, and TFA!

Chong was cast in a minor role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens but was not seen in the final cut of the film.

 

Yep. The character FN-2199 (Nines) was played by Liang Yang and voiced by David Acord. Acord is probably best known for voicing the droid that tells Yoda and Obi-Wan that Padme is carrying twins.

James Bond played a random stormtrooper. Hell if I was a small time celeb and I heard there was going to be a new Star Wars I'd beg to be in it in any capacity. Wouldn't be surprised if this was the case.

You're probably thinking about Bazine Netal who was played by Anna Brewster

 

Yeah, I don't think that was her either. Maybe she didn't make the final cut.
