So what do you guys exactly look for in an icon?

I, along with I'm sure other icon makers, would like to know what makes you admins load the good icons and leave the others?

I mean I just asking this for kind of a guide book for us beginner icon makers to make more worthwhile icons. To kind of know what is acceptable to you guys.

And I would be more than gratefull for someone to answer my inqury.

I suggest making an icon that's totally different than what's available here. Originality will catch the eye of the admins much better than something everybody's seen.

Especially if it is a character, location, ship, or creature we do not currently offer. We are always looking for new ideas. This is the thread where you can participate in sharing your work with fellow icon-makers. And being an active icon maker can ensure you get a vote in the next icon uploading process.
