So what do you think will end first? The Suns win streak or the 76ers losing streak?

The 76ers have lost 11 straight and the Suns have won 14 in a row.

The Suns next 5 opponents are: Toronto, Denver(without Carmelo), Washington, Portland and Dallas

Dallas poses the biggest threat, so the Suns just might be at 18 wins before losing.

The 76ers next 3 opponents are: Indiana, Boston and New York.

I think they're best shot is in New York to finally win one.

So my guesstimation is the Sixer's streak ends first.

I'd be weary of Toronto, and Washington(especially the Wizards).

Sadly, the odds are probably better that the 76er's will break a losing streak, before the Suns keep their winning streak going.

Suns do need to be careful of those teams, though I would have put "(especially Arenas)" instead of "(especially the Wizards)" :p

Still, I'd agree that the Sixers end their streak first.

Although I think the question is supposed to be, which comes first, the AI trade or the end of the Sixers streak?

Oh, and I think the Suns qualify as the team LEAST interested in AI :p

There's been rumors that the Suns might be a part of a three team trade... the Suns wouldn't be the team that gets AI... but they'd still be a part of it. :p

I seriously doubt the Spurs or the Mavericks have any interest in A.I. either. Houston might be interested what with T-Mac being so injury prone.

Oh, I'm not saying that the Spurs or Mavs are really interested either, but since their defining players (Ducan, Dirk) aren't PGs, they'd probably be ever so slightly more interested. The Suns, on the other hand, have Nash, whom I believe puts the chances of them getting AI somewhere way below zero. Although, as A_J said, they could be in a 3(+) team trade, I wouldn't discount that.

And back on topic, when are their next games?

Phoenix has Toronto tonight, Denver tomorrow, Washington on Friday, Portland next tuesday and Dallas next Thursday.(Which is where I think their streak will end)

The Sixers have the Pacers tomorrow, Boston on Friday, New York on saturday, and Golden State next tuesday.

I'm thinking the sixers streak ends this saturday against the knicks.

I would say the Suns lost first. The Sixers' current roster *& lineup is atrocious.

You know, I'm not sure which would be more impressive - a 76-6 Suns team or a 5-77 Sixers team.

    Neither will happen, though :p

I actually like watching the Sixers lose because it means we could get Greg Oden next year.

and with two additional first round picks they'll have some bargaining chips to move up to number 1 if they don't win the lottery.

I was just watching Pardon the Interruption, and they were discussing the exact same matter. I am going to have to say the 76'ers losing streak will end before the Suns win streak.

Looks like they both broke their streaks, on the same night.

Should we call it a draw?

wow, I would've never guessed Philly would be able to win on the same night Phoenix loses... Phoenix is just too good... and philly's just too bad. :p

I knew Washington would be a challenge, they're shaping up to be one of my favorite teams in the East. They also ended the Mav's 12 game winning streak a few weeks ago. They're a team that could contend in the West easily.

I thought for sure Washington would be overwhelmed after playing in Sacramento the night before: this just proves its better to come in game-tested than rusty, which the Suns were after not being able to play and getting little practice time.
