So what episode is the cartoon?

If A New Hope is Chapter 4 and the next movie is Chapter 3, what do you 'officially' call the cartoon series.
Is it considered EU?
Star Wars 2.5?

Just bored and curious.

 

Does everything have to be an episode? Why does everything have to be set as 1 2 or 3?

 

The cartoon is EU and it doesn't have an episode number. Just like SOTE, NJO, and all the other EU stories.

It doesn't need to be an episode, just called it EU for it goes on about the Clone Wars so we know what happens in between Episodes 2 and 3 and something to enjoy

 

Yes, if you really must know, it would probably be most accurately defiend as :

"The Episode that is greater than or equal to Episode 2 and less than or equal to Episode 3"

Well, this first series is Clone Wars Episodes 1 - 10. The 2nd series in March is Clone Wars Episodes 11-20.
