    We all remember specific images from Episode II- they stand out. But, I want to know what you think stands out the most. The Star Wars films, whether you like it or not, come from a very unique mind, and most images from that unique mind are very beautiful. Some are beautiful. Some are "cool." Some are even disturbing. Like it or not, Star Wars films give us spectacular visions. I think this is what makes Star Wars what it is today, besides the characters and the plot.

    Anyway, just post your images here, and please explain why you like that image the best. It doesn't have to be a movie shot either. It can be a poster, a movie shot, merchandise, artwork...whatever floats your boat.

    Without further ado, here's mine:

    So much about that is just amazing. I don't see how some people can call Hayden a bad actor. He done so wonderful, especially in this scene.

    Oh, and this is also my 1,000th post here.
    :)

    Go Pooja!

    Anakin's shadow on the Lars homestead before going after his mother. Truly a wonderful silent moment.

    Hmmm, I would have to say the shot of the clones going up to the "helmet claim area." That shot has always interested me for some reason. That and Anakin and Padme's shadow outside of the Lars' residence, very good stuff. :)

    Good call with the Coruscant chase scene, Zeek. :) That's one of the biggest highlights of the film for me. Beautiful imagery.

    The first "real" shot we see of the Clonetroopers marching.

    "Magnificent," indeed!

    Anakin on the swoop with the sunset behind him.
    The Tusken beheadings. I was just like 'whoa' the first time I saw it. Hell I was like 'whoa' each time I saw it! lol
    The first contacts between Yoda and Dooku in the duel. Right after the leap at each other and clash. Those first few clashes. . .
    Padme's ship flying towards the camera through the clouds. Dunno why, but I like this shot a lot :)

    I can't really decide. There's lots that stick out in my head. Here are a few that I stole from the Awards Thread.

    In addition to those mentioned, a few others:

    (1) Rain-drenched Kamino - the outdoors shots
    (2) Padme's ship flying in through the clouds
    (3) The majestic Jedi temple interior
    (4) Yoda sending back blue lightning

    And many, many others: the entire film is one smorgasboard of beautiful imagery. Those critics were blind; I really feel sorry for them.

    Yeah, you can't pick just one. why not say the movie is one big image that stands out? :)

    It was hard, but I managed to pick one out.

    If you cannot just pick one, pick a few.

    Also, I'd like to see more actual images on this thread...that's kinda the reason I posted it.
    :)

    The scene with the younglings..when the lights go out and the star map comes up.

    It's so interesting how Obi-Wan can walk around while in the map..

    Here's some more that I like. Sorry not trying to make this into a "pic" thread. But its easy to convey the message that way.

    [image=http://www.episode-x.com/galleries/EpisodeII/chronological/Kamino/51.jpg]
    For some reason I really dig the beginning of this fight.

    [image=http://www.episode-x.com/galleries/EpisodeII/chronological/Tatooine/15tatooine.jpg]
    Classic

    [image=http://www.episode-x.com/galleries/EpisodeII/chronological/Tatooine/61.jpg]
    Also classic. Padme also looks like a witch.

    Somebody else mentioned this scene as well
