O.C, CA So...When Do We Watch Star Wars?

    I was thinking the other day, that I've been a member of the OCFF since Oct. 2002, and in my tenure as a member of this fine organization, I've participated in many OCSWS-related events: Relay for Life, monthly meetings, Beach Party, Disneyland, Comic-Con, and many others.

    What I would like to know is this: When will the OCSWS actually get together and WATCH a Star Wars movie? Sure, there's been AOTC on IMAX, and there's an upcoming event at some park, but to be honest, I wasn't officially an OCSWS member when I attended IMAX, so I didn't really know anyone, and I won't be able to attend when the IE does their viewing party...

    While this isn't a "feel sorry for me" thread, I think it would be a great idea for all of us to gather somewhere, sit down with some snacks and the like, and just watch some Star Wars movies...Would anyone else like to do this sometime?

    Well, we did it at relay :p

    I'm game for it as long as I don't have anything else going on (which probably won't be anytime this month).

    I am so used to watching SW alone in my dark room while everyone else is at the beach, and in the middle of the night when I am bored. It would be nice to actually be social and see it with friends. :D

    Well, there was that 30 minutes every Tuesday at lunch Zack.... ;) :p





    But I'd love to get together with you guys for a Star Wars viewing. :D

    This is a good idea... I mean, we all love SW, so a viewing party sounds great!

    Anyone with a GIANT tv screen? :D

    I agree on a viewing party. I didn't really watch the movies much at Relay, just the ROTJ parts with Boba Fett :p But I've really never sat through a whole movie with any of you.

    BTW -- a penpal sent me a fun video called "Star Warp'd".
