so where is all the fanfilm makers out there from

Indeed. I have about a hundred and thirty acres of woods and wilderland practicly in my backyard. Locations aren't a problem, heck, even Washington State College is futuristic enough for shooting.

Although I agree with you, and personally I find these topics lame at best, every now and again a couple of fanfilm makers realise they are in the same neck of the woods, hook up, and go and make a fanfilm together.

Therefore these kind of topics have served their purpose. As long as there aren't to many of them (which is VERY borderline at the moment) they don't do anyone any harm.
