The cheapest advertised price for the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Sapphire i've seen is $649, though I'm sure further price negotiation can still take place. ;)

    ;)

This computer I'm getting is the result of 18 months of pushing trolleys and being a check-out chick. :p

Brutus my advice to you is not to go out and buy the biggest and best as it is usually over priced and will shortly be updated. Especially graphics cards. Research them well and also look to what is out shortly that will push current market prices down.

There is a new Radeon (Hercules) that is out that should be bumping the price of the Sapphire down, so that may change price pretty soon.
