JCC So, yeah, Ten years....

Being serious for a moment, I first met you in the Trayvon Martin thread. That's still my primary impression of you, Jules. I was and am impressed by how well informed, forceful, and impassioned you were on the relevant issues. Long before it became as much of a cause on this forum--let alone in the broader media--you were trying hard to articulate important stuff. I loved having you around, because sometimes all I had to do was read your post and nod my head in agreement. From there, I got to learn about your love of Christmas music and everything else.

We all do different things around the boards. But I'm so pleased you're here every day to do what only you can.

 

Congrats, Juliet! I really didn't realize how anonymous you were until jaypes pointed it out and now I'm suspicious of you, and I'm sure J-w thinks more highly of you.

I mostly like Juliet for the endless stream of real live sports blurbs as they happen. Forget ESPN, the blogs or sports radio…oh wait, Juliet gets that info from ESPN, the blogs and sports radio. I take back everything I just said. .

I appreciate what you bring to the boards. There are a ton of heartless bastards on the boards, myself included. When we're being terrible people, not caring when we should, you and your nearly inexhaustible concern and compassion helps balance things out.

You are unique, and you're a good sport.

Plus, I legitimately get a significant amount of my news from you, and like 100% of my disaster news. That's kinda sad on my part, but thanks for keeping me a bit informed.
