Either the Beach Village is on Vandor or Nest has a big spaceship to fly around in.

 

That's a really cheesy name. I love it.

 

Skywalker, Darklighter, Starkiller, Cloud-Rider.

 

The Cloud Rider Gang being the first in Han's long history of antagonizing various space equivalents of Hells Angels. The last being sadly Kanjiklub.

Enfy is the "action sequence" bad guy, but there will also be a smarter villain really pulling the strings.

 

Dryden Vos. I think that the tower on the beach is actually his Starship and the Cloud-riders are his heavies.

 

I am really loving the idea that the rivals to Han’s merry band of thieves is a biker gang.

 

I would love it if Hondo turned out to be the real leader of this gang.

 

I'm thinking the real leader of this gang is Lakitu.

 

Don’t you tease me with a live action Hondo

 

Maybe the villain is just Melch on stilts

 

I just like that everyone in the gang has a really stupid impractical helmet. Trying to be tough, but looking ridiculous in the process.

Something the Knights of Ren will also do in decades time.

 

You can't just join the Cloud Riders without a impractical helmet that looks cool, that's the main prerequisite of the gang.

 

I just hope they aren’t all human. It looks like a few aren’t but I want more variety in our groups in these anthology films

 

Hope there isnt a Indiana Jones reference where he pulls out his blaster and shoots the guy with the melee weapon.

I guess "Cloud-Rider" cause Nest looks kinda inspired by an American Indian.

 

Maybe not. These guys ride machines that are open to the elements. Visors and aerodynamic fins on the helmets probably help.

Or possibly that they ride machines at a high altitude?

 

I'm reminded of the gang in the film Turbo Kid. I would post the trailer, but there might be a tad too much blood for this forum. At 37 seconds, there's football gear / skull mask guy, along with a green/grey faced gladiator. One guy at the 42 second mark has what looks like a big scuba mask on his head..... and then there's the guy with the giant wicker hat.
I can just imagine an article with Lawrence Kasdan......

Do we consider Moloch a villain? Or could he be a friendly rival?

 

Enfys Nest is a female according to Jason Ward.

Very disappointed.

 

Makes me more convinced that Qi'ra is the secret villain and that Enfys Nest is her secret alias

 

Because the character might be female? Why?

I wouldn't mind seeing a badass female villain.

 

If this is all true, then I think a pretty big twist could have just been blown.

 

Jeez, I sat through about an hour of their latest podcast and learned two things;

Neither of which have anything to do with Star Wars.

Like most of their content.

Saying that they were speculating over one of Howard's latest instagram posts saying that they thought it was Han in an AT-AT. Let's help them out here, it's actually Han in the Imperial Hauler and that's the 'side window' (like we see in the Trailer);

 

because I'm tired of the female leads from the new agenda. I know Han is the lead in this movie but really loved the design of enfys and hoped it was a male.
