DFW, TX Some questions about Star Wars

I don't buy that Dark_Wolf. Vader wasn't more powerful than the Emporer. If he was he could have taken him out at any time. Palpatine was very focused on killing Luke at that point. He was allowing himself to be consumed with hatred and anger so that he could focus all his power towards Luke. Vader knew at that point that the only thing to do would be to grab the Emporer while he was distracted and send him down the shaft...all the while knowing that by handling the Emporer at that moment would kill him because of the intensity of dark force power Sidious was using. Which is what exactly happened....

Of course the Emporer never expected Vader to pull something like that, so he wasn't prepared for Vaders "aggressive" move of just brute strength.

 

Yup. Vader knew that he was going to die by doing it. But he just thought to himself, "Yippiee!!", and did it anyway.

 

"Yippieee"?

 

'This is so wizard, Vader.'

 

If you listen closely, you'll hear the Emperor yell out "Jedi Poodoo" as he's falling down the Death Star shaft...

 

Hmmm, I guess the Emperor didn't think that Vader would be the death of him..

Ok, now I'm waiting to see a Yoda quote...

Ok, here's one:

"How embarrassing."

 

You see, if Vader had had the strength left, as the Emperor was falling, he would have yelled out, "Try spinning, that's a good trick!!!"

No The Emperor didn't think that Vader would be the death of him but Obi Wan sure did know that he would be the death of him early on.

 

OK Im back. Was sick Thursday and Friday and was on a lil vacation to the sticks for the rest of the weekend. Got alot of Reading to do.
