Something to Think About with E.T.

Scince the E.T. Species is represented in TPM,maybe the Vong werent the only ones that discoverd how to go into other galaxies.After all,A ET vessel did find its way into the milky way and into eath(watch ET the extra terrestial)and left ET there.Why would they keep the technology a secret to the rest of the Star wars galaxies is unkown,your thougths?

Now we all know why E.T. recognized that Yoda costume in the film. He thought, "Hey, a familiar face. Maybe he can help me get back home."

Wasn't Elliot playing with Star Wars action figures in the movie? Also, someone has told me they've seen a Xenomorph from the Alien movies in the Senate. (you know, the chest bursting, acidic blooded fellows) I've never seen this or heard of it elsewhere tho, so I can't be sure.

 

Of course, maybe ET was a jedi from the Outbound Flight Project...

and yeah, Elliot was playing with Lando and Boba Fett...

 

This explains it. E.T. must have first gone to Lucas with his stories of that Galaxy Far Far Away then went to Speilsburg[SP!!] with his life story.

Now this makes sense to me!

The two universes are not the same. E.T.'s galaxy and race are given a detailed history in The Book of the Green Planet, and there are numerous references to Star Wars in E.T.
