Sorry I missed you guys

    I'm sorry I missed you guys today. I really wanted to meet everybody, but I've spent the weekend in bed. I've got a cold or something. Believe me, I would not have been pleasant to be around today.

    I'll meet you all next meeting, I hope.

    I hope you all had good food and fellowship today, though.

    Thank you Leia and I hope you feel better soon. Most of our regulars missed today as well. But we picked up 5 new members and I'm very excited about the growth of our chapter! Hopefully we'll be able to see you on the 24th!

    I was wondering, since the trip to see Carrie Fisher was cancelled, I'm guessing we are once again meeting at Jason's Deli at 3 PM?

    Welcome back Ashley. *S* How was the trip? *S*

    I'm working on getting us a room in the Killeen Community Center for the meeting on the 24th, since we've gotten so big now. *S* We had 5 new members show up on Sat. and I know there will be even more on the 24th! *VBS*

    I know Carrie isn't gonna be there but I didn't realize the trip to Plano was cancelled????? Did I miss something???

    No Jim, you didn't miss anything, but I think with Carrie not being there, most folks didn't want to make the trip. We'll see how things go. *S* I probably won't make the trip as I'll be going to Dragon Con the next weekend and I'll need all my energy for that! *L*
