Edmonton Sorting out a schedule for the IMAX event weekend

I know we want everyone at the 7p.m. Friday showing for sure, but we should probably work out a schedule so that there is always at least 2 people there with others dropping in when they can. How about 2 shifts per day, afternoons and nights? We could also break it up by showing. Can everyone post when you can be there for sure and I'll put something together.

 

I will be available for a shift Saturday afternoon.
So the 12:30 and 3:00p.m showings I guess. Let me know what time you would like me to show up--11:30? 12?

 

I can be there for almost all day Friday, and Saturday up until just after 3:00.

 

I will be there pretty much the whole weekend...
