It wasn't in any book, but I did use it inadvertently in one of my fanfics...Mara was not amused cause she thought he'd done in on purpose. It would have been amusing to see it in actual books...couldn't be anything dumber than the writers have written

word from the webs folks, there is a rumor that Clone Wars is ending and a new tv series is going to take it's place. The thing that's interesting is it's taking place in an era not used before could it be the New Republic Era ?!?!?

will it mean we get to see Luke and co. in an animated series similar to Clone Wars ?

it's like ever since the announcement of Disney acquiring the franchise we been getting numerous possibilities involving our favorite characters. bout time too I don't you could milk the prequel era forever and it's going to be 8 years since RotS was in theaters, bout time they expand into other eras. Imagine an animated Luke and an animated Mara.

 

My mistake then. I haven't read those books in a long time.. I was thinking of going back and re-reading some o them.

Oh, it made quite an impression first time around - with Luke's duel with Guri being a stand-out moment!

it was the matrix bullet effect moment before the film came out, also we see a nice transition of Luke being the distraught youth to jedi serenity.

Thinking on it, I'm kind of surprised no one's done a bitchy comedy riff on the EU. Mara turns up a few times, same attire each time, cue:

Luke: Leia, Mara's going to drop in in a bit.
Leia: Oh, is she Luke? Wearing that same cat suit again too? Doesn't she have any other clothes? It's like me wearing a metal bikini the whole time!
Han: I wouldn't object to that.
(cue applause)

 

As long as they don't make her waste so pencil thin. I've seen TCW cartoon. I liked the cartoon because it showed me a better Anakin..I liked how similar father and son were,...that they both saw R2 as a friend.

yeah the last thing we need is another female character with improbable proportions, although I wouldn't complain if Mara is in her trademark attire In seriousness I like what TCW did for the PT characters who didn't have as much depth in the film as the OT characters. TCW corrects that in a good many ways. I hope they would do this for the OT characters.

Dark Empire WAS good. I liked a darksider Luke...it was interesting. I have the audiobook on my phone.

 

Star Wars books are useful in numerous ways

but black is fashionable plus it was great to see Luke defeat the Emperor proper

 

Ri-ight then, "darksider Luke" - light the fuse and stand well back!

 

Well I suppose he does look dashing in black. The cover of aapocalypse supports my claim. Luke in black gander master robes just fits
