OKC, OK Speculation for Ep 3 (no spoilers)

Well what do we know has to take place to tie things together.

1. Anakin turning into Vader.

@. Luke and Leia's birth.

3. Dooku will probably be killed by Anakin but who knows

4. Jedi Purge (hopefully)

5. Yoda somehow gets to Dagobah.

6. Birth of the Empire with pALPY revealing himself as the Sith Master

7. Maybe why Tarkin seems to be able to order Vader around

I can't think of anything else right now. And, please no spoilers, just speculation or things you think need to happen to tie the movies together.

I'll start by listing things that have been confirmed by official sources.

1.The Empire born

2.Anakin falls to the dark side and becomes Vader

3.The clone wars will end

4.Luke & Leia born

There could be more but I can't remember them all right now.





Speaking on the speculation side, I remember reading an article just pryor to the release of Ep 1 about George lucas & Rick McCallum location scouting in New Zealand. In this article it was stated that they were visiting a volcano in the Aukland islands. Now I'm sure most of you have heard of the sopposed lightsaber dual between Obi & Anakin that takes place inside a volcano. I'm not exactly sure of the validity of this article or my memory because I haven't been very kind to my brain cells the last few years so ...

...any help would be hot.

 

After some on-line research I found the article I was refering to. The location in question was a mountain in Italy, not New Zealand.

This makes me think that IF this dual between Anikin & Obi wan takes place inside a volcano. It could occur on the planet of Naboo. Or is that Dagobah? (jk)

 

Padme has to die at some point, yes? I suppose this could happen in Ep. III. Didn't Leia say her mother died when she was very young? That would be a great way to push Anakin towards the Dark Side and make his conversion believable. We know how angry he was at losing his mother. I can imagine how angry he would be if Padme dies
- especially if she is killed fighting for good.

 

Mace will die, though according to Sam Jackson he won't go out like a girl. Though I still think Boba will do it.

 

This may be a spoiler, but the rumor has it that the opening crawl is preceeded by "A Long Time Ago, in a Galaxy Far, Far Away..."

I also heard that the movie will end and then it will play the theme song while the cradits are shown in blue over a background of stars.

 

I hear Darth Vader will be in it...hehe
