I'm sure Biggs wasn't the only Rebel with a moustache...

 

They want to keep it a surprise. He'll be like, "ugh! This helmet is too small" Then puts on the helmet we all know and love.

 

Not to diminish the greatness of Biggs' moustache, mind you. It's a character in and of itself. Just saying that others in the Alliance might be following his example.

 

Oh man, I would love to see Porkins again! Just a quick little scene. Like a commander saying, "This holo-projecter needs some juice. Porkins, go run and get me some power converters."

 

Maybe there'll be a scene in the Yavin cafeteria.
