Spicing up your RPG experience.

    The way my peeps and I up here at Frostburg State University in western Maryland spice up our gaming experinece is to meld it with other games.
    We combined it with BESM, Vampire: The Masquerade, and others. It has been so fun taking out the Emperor with a Katana.
    The only down side, is that my friends got too carried away and killed Vader at Cloud City. Oops.

    I'm rather curious here, how would you combine Star Wars and Vampire? Especially considereing the differences with the basic mechanics of the games (d20 system vs. d10 system)?

    Much of it is pretty arbitrary, and we just make it up. A lot of it we just try to find parrallels.
    We are also starting up a Star Wars/Masters of Orion 2 game soon, and we just made it up based on our experiences. For instance, there is one species that is similar to the Wookiees.
    It's not that difficult.
