Edmonton Spiderman 2

Anyone still interested in going to see Spiderman next week. Here are the times its playing at Silvercity.

On Tuesday there is a midnight showing, 12:01

On Wednesday its playing: 11:45am, 12:15pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 4:45pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:40pm, 8:00pm, 9:40pm, 10:10pm, 10:45pm, 11:00pm

Obviously most of wednesdays times won't work because a few of us are working during the day

 

I'm probably in for Wednesday......doesn't really matter what time in the evening!

so what show works for everyone, I guess tickets should be purchased soon, any is fine with me but preferably nothing too too late I have to work early the next day but if the late late show works best for everyone else I don't mind.

 

I am good for anything... I don't work on Thursday (Canada Day) so whatever time works fine with me...

 

I am leaving Thursday to go to Vegreville, so i might not be able to see it with you guys

 

I think we are actually going on Wednesday, I was just saying I don't work on Thursday meaning that a late show is fine with me, as I get to sleep in anyways...

 

This is on wednesday you know, right?

 

So how does a tentative time of 9:40 or 10:10 work for everybody? I am going to call the theater when the Box Office opens, and find out what kind of tickets they have left, but it always helps to have a couple of times picked out.

Or would the 8:00 show work better? (I'm just thinking it's going to be pretty busy at that time.)

I'm up for the later shows. Earlier shows are too busy plus there'll be more kids at the early shows.

Just called Silvercity, no answer... I'll call them again after I get back from lunch...

I'll try and get the goods on all the shows between 6:30 and 10:10

Just spoke to Silvercity, but they sounded busy.

However, they did confirm that there are tickets available for all shows still.

So if we can confirm a time and a number of people that are coming for SURE, I can stop by and pick up some tix for us.

How does the 7:00 show sound with 7:40 or 8:00 as a backup in case I can't get enough for the 7:00/7:40?

Confirm here and I can get your ticket tonight, or you can risk it and wait till tommorow.

Oh, and one other thing; if you go get your own tickets, we will have to find some way to ensure that you get the same time/auditorium as us; I think we ran into that problem when we went to see The Two Towers.

 

I still haven't gone, I was expecting more of a response than this...

 

It doesn't seem like there are many people on the boards today. Do you think we'll be able to get tickets at all if we just show up tomorrow?

Well I can still go out and grab some tonight if need be... should we do that? I know that Danny isn't coming, and Angela was the only other one who expressed any kind of interest...

 

We should be able to find tickets. If need be I can take off from work to go reserve some during the day tomorrow. Just confirm that you are coming and I'll do that.

Assuming we get tickets for the 7:00, we should probably meet at the mall around 5:30-5:45... under the Yoda sound good? Or if you are still there Berx, and the lineup is getting long, we can look for you in the lineups...
