I want something about Naboo's history. From the wars with the Gungans to the color red to spawning Palpatine to the architecture, Naboo seems to have an interesting history.

Around the time The Lawless aired, IIRC Filoni mentioned a backstory about the Kryze family. I want a pre-TPM animated film about Qui-Gon and young Obi-Wan on their mission to protect Duchess Satine. And considering the time period, I want a good-guy Dooku cameo!

 

That reminds me, I've always been of the opinion that a future spin-off should be given to Filoni. I think he's earned it. Also, as a director, I like him. A lot of the best Clone Wars episodes were directed by Filoni. That’s not just a coincidence.

 

I wonder if we'll get movies about each of the Sith Lords in between Bane and Plagueis.

 

Revan, Darth Bane, Darth Zannah, Maul and Ahsoka.

 

Gary Whitta just posted that to his Facebook account, saying "Writing that felt pretty good." It's exciting that they're already working on this. I'm so distracted by Episode VII, but really, if this movie is going to make it's 2016 release, it'll be filming next year before Ep. VII is even out. That's crazy/cool that there will be two Star Wars movies in production simultaneously.

 

I found this very interesting. Are they guessing at the spin offs? Or do they know something we don't?

 

They're guessing, and investing in some of the rumors that have gone around.

 

I wonder if they'll want to preserve TPM being "the beginning".

 

Maybe they'll have a spin off titled "The Old Republic" and that will be the beginning.

It can be easily retconned into the beginning of the Skywalkers.

 

Strange that Frank Oz is listed on IMDB as a cast member for the Josh Trank spinoff but not Gareth's. Anyone know why?

Darth Maul & Obi-Wan Kenobi spin-off ; timeline between RotS & ANH

Maul somehow learns that Obi-Wan's plans about baby Luke Skywalker, then you know how it should be. They fight for it.

The plot of the first STAR WARS spin-off is out there, and I'm curious to see who runs it first.

 

Cool, hopefully we learn something soon. I don't need to know the plot, I just want to know who the focus of the movie is.

If I recall somebody said that we might get Spinoff info next month.

 

I still can't process that we're going to get a Star Wars movie every year. This is so exciting!
