Was over at another site and found some Indy IV script leaks.

Ready?

Seems during the opening sequence Dr. Jones must confront Soviet agents while near Area 51. The basic premise is connected to the idea of ancient 'alien' astronauts (shades of Von Daiken, eh?). Also Human-like crystal skulls are in the script (remember those from That's Incredible?). Young actor Shia LeBeof is likely to be Indy's son. Though neither he or Indy is aware of this fact off-the-bat.

Sounds to me like elements from one of the many rejected scripts (Indiana Jones And The Saucer Men From Mars) were retained. Maybe this explains Lucas's comments about Indy IV being connected to a McGuffin once contemplated - then rejected - only to be optioned again. The Saucer Men From Mars script can be found online. In my opinion it was one of the better of the rejected scripts. Well that one and the one titled Indiana Jones And The Sons Of Darkness (that one can be found online as well).

It seems the Indy IV teaser will be ready by November 2007.
