Fate of Atlantis has been on Steam for a number of years now. But I guess it's good for those that prefer GOG.

 

Yeah, The Dig has been too (I still have my CD Rom). Sam & max is new to digital (I have that, boxed, too).

 

Was that Sam and Max series that came out a few years back as good as the classic series?

 

Yes, but there have been 3 seasons, not one new one.

I wouldn't say it's as good as Hit The Road, but it's worth the price.

 

I'm hoping that "More to Come..." teaser is going to result in Curse of Monkey Island down the road because screw trying to get the old release to run on modern hardware.

 

Also might mean the Grim Fandango re-release will be exclusive to GOG.

 

Well, GOG and the Playstation Network. I'd be cool with that, I'm an unrepentant GOG cheerleader.

 

I will never forgive their Neverwinter Nights version being bugged, though.

 

I assume no problem with installing GOG games on multiple PCs in the house - something that's always a pain on Steam (especially for games with an online play component).

 

DRM free, man. I've heard talk of there being issues if you have, like, multiple wildly disparate IPs logging in and downloading files simultaneously, but you can literally download the installer and USB it from computer to computer if you so desire.

 

The 2 GOG adventures, Indy and fate of Atlantis, plus Sam and Max are bundled with ScummVM. But as you experienced with TIE and dosbox, the default settings are possibly sub optimal.

 

I remember those rumors back in '03 that a film version of Grim Fandango, Day off the Dead, was in the works. I've wanted another Monkey Island game in the spirit of COMI rather than EFMI.

I heard a rumour there could be a teaser trailer as early as December. But that seems like wishful thinking.

No, the titles came later.
