I know a player can't nominate themselves. (I won last year, so that rules me out anyway.) But, it said nothing about a GM nominating his own RP...

And although I left the Ultimate Fantasy (and I may or may not join it again ), I still thought it was awesome, despite how easy it is to get tangled up in there with everything going on...

Wow...thanks for the nomination, Dubya. I'm kind of late (well, let's say fashionably, no?), and all of my choices have alredy been selected, but I just wanted to say I appreciate it.

 

I really enjoy reading your Galahad posts in "Exiles".

Actually, pashatemur won last year, which rules that GM/RPer out until next summer...if I'm not mistaken.

 

I believe you are correct.

 

This is going to be difficult, as most of my normal choices for player and game are ineligible due to having won in the past, and some of my normal backups haven?t been playing.

Best Game Master ? Both Dubya_Scott and pashatemur have won previously, so?
Imperial_Hammer for Podracer.


Best Role Player ? Two choices here:
Ptolemy7, for his role of Sir Galahad in Exiles. He must really love the franchise that character came from, because to a non-historian like myself, his speech for the character are perfect to whenever the Arthurian Legends are set, and his posts just stand out from the crowd.

master-of-les-pauls ? Four year old Luke Skywalker in Galaxy at War III. How in the Original Light do you play a toddler for months on end. Getting your tummy tickled by an Iridonian sex-goddess can only go so far.

An incredibly welcoming environment, and a lovely place to play. These players even have their own external forum so ideas and problems can be handled outside the game without being limited to just PMs.
Great GMs. Incredibly helpful senior players, and just a delight to be involved in.
Finding yourself verbalising and thinking in Yoda-speak in RL is a small price to pay?

Had a look at the opening post for F.E.A.R. today. Looks good. Nice concept, great opening, suitable pictures to match the descriptives, and its posts number in the 500s already.
To my mind, a success story of the Non-SW RPF.
