I used to buy those game card packs just for the cool pictures and little bits of info.

 

Is it coincidence that Star Wars twitter feed throw back Thursday was from ESB and features an AT-AT “@starwars: #ThrowbackThursday - Here we see our subject in its natural habitAT-AT. http://twitter.com/starwars/status/456874743682322432/photo/1”

 

I honestly doubt that was in response to the spy pic. A company like Lucasfilm likely spends a lot of time mapping out social media content like this well in advance of when it's actually posted. Though part of me does want to believe they're toying with us.

 

DarthWilliams, you're probably right hence why I said is it a coincidence (or is it?). I've asked SW twitter if it is a response to the spy pics and I await a response with bated breath!

 

Yeah, and the more I think about it the more I doubt the folks running the SW twitter account know any more about Episode VII than we do.

If it is an AT AT foot it reminds us of how detailed the original models were. I never noticed all those different lines on the foot that the comparison pictures have highlithed. Cool beans!

I like the idea of a wreckaged AT-AT in Tatooine from a battle fought years ago

 

I learned a great appreciation for the detail in AT-AT design as it was being carved into my back over the course of six hours.

 

Is there also a Dewback on your back?

 

I almost got one. I have an idea for a Dewback/Sandtrooper tattoo. Not sure where I would put it though.

 

I'd get drunk and tell the artist "if there's a bright center to the universe, I want this tattoo on the area that's farthest from."

 

That's a pretty sensitive area.

 

What's worse is that it would end up being the Sarlacc Pit.

Of all the things that could have leaked, who'd have thought it'd be an AT-AT foot?

 

I'm glad to see the AT-AT foot because I'd much rather the Empire return than the Sith return.

 

Why, no battle was fought there? Again, let's not make the galaxy feel smaller.

 

Maybe this will be the Star Wars version of Cinderella. Luke will take this foot all around the galaxy to try & find the AT-AT that it belongs to.

 

Cinderella was about a disembodied foot?
