JCC St. Patrick's Day Celebration Safety Check In

I'm afraid we might. I really don't think anyone was able to anticipate what would happen if someone wanted to have pizza on St. Patrick's day, and I'm afraid the whole thing's a bit of a disaster now.

I think the most thorough course of action would be to delete both threads and switch to a new forum host that has the capability to allow a person to crosspost instantaneously to multiple threads. Then we'll have to restart each of the two threads and allow Luigi to post his notification simultaneously. We should have that up and running by next St. Patrick's day, but if we miss some of our targets, we may have to postpone to St. Patrick's Day 2018.

Luigi, are you planning to have pizza on March 17, 2018?

 

It's difficult to say for sure, Boba Nekhbet. My analysts don't make pizza forecasts that far in advance. Out models just don't have enough information right now. I could be trying vegan at that point, there might be an unforeseen lactose intolerance, we just have no way of knowing until all of the data has been collected.

Had some peppermint schnapps earlier, which is about as green as I'll get today.

 

We just had leftovers in the form of corned beef and cabbage sandwiches, on Jewish sweet onion rolls with yummy mustard. And the entire bag of Guinness potato chips.

 

That sounds perfect.

Made it back safe from the bar after corned beef and cabbage soup, Irish nachos, Guinness, and Jameson. I have received pictures of my family drinking green beer and my sister is wearing the same shirt that I wore today. Successful St. Patrick's Day!
