Mass Staff positions in the Foxboro Imperial Syndicate

I have been thinking for some time we could use some staff positions so we can all share in the development and continuing progress of the chapter.

Hitmbig (Aaron) says he has the time and has expressed great interest to be the Foxboro Imperial Syndicate?s Public Relations Officer.

If everyone is in favor and no other members are interested in the position themselves we can assign Aaron the responsibility of this position.


Some things that the position will be involved in:

Help in promoting the chapter at conventions and getting the public aware of our chapter?s interest in helping in the community.

Working with other chapters in coordinating multi-chapter activities.

Getting sponsorship and potential donations for upcoming charity events for worthwhile causes

Helping with recruitment and outside participation with the chapter.

And several other aspects we can discuss in the meantime.

Now what other position do we need or like in the chapter?

I would really like to get some input by everyone on this and if there is something you yourself would like to take on and put forth the effort please post it and we will discuss it.

I will try to get some PMs out to every member soon on this subject.

We really need a Web Guy. Maybe look into setting up an off site to further promote what ever we are doing and help get us a new (non purple) banner!!!!!

I am going to the T-shirt place today for information on making shirts when we are ready to do so.

Congrats to Aaron on getting elected.

He will do a fine job and has great enthusiasm for the chapter and STAR WARS Fandom itself.


Now we have chosen a Public Relations Officer, what are some other issues do we need to address for his position?

And I think we can use a Tresurer position perhaps?

We could have voluntary contribution to the chapter to have put towards future events such as registration and fees for tables at cons, t-shirt charges, etc.
