well with GJ's job taking up so much of his time I didn't want the thread to stagnate so I asked if i could post up some of Alastor's back story that I've made, I'll post more, eventually, in order, except for Rumble in the Jungle because it's, well, sexually explicit in a manner that cannot be edited to fit JC rules or the "War and Peace" special due to having spoilers regarding Alastor that GJ want's to keep quiet.

Operation: Overwatch - which you just read
Taking AIM/Come the Executioner - Alastor takes on his first big solo job for DEM, protecting a rich businessman in Germany.
Rumble in the Jungle/Under the Influence (won't ever be posted) - Alastor and Josie go on an op to take out a drug operation in South America, turns out the drugs were being produced solely to effect metahumans, the effects of which leave their hotel room in shambles.
Operation: H.O.R.N.E.T./From Russia with Rockets - Alastor his begrudgingly assigned a mission with Kasuga Tsano, a new member of DEM, and they have to infiltrate a research facility in Russia.
Ready AIM Fire/It's Raining Men - DEM goes on a medium scale operation to take out a rising dictator in West Africa, the job however was a front by AIM to take out a failed business partner and put DEM in a place they could hit them. Violence occurs.
Having a Ball/Only the Good Tai Yong - Alastor and Dustine are tasked with infiltrating a socialite gathering at the HQ of Tai Yong Medical, a growing biotech firm in China.
Sniping on the High Seas/Wolve's of the Sea - DEM is sent on a large scale counter pirate operation in the Indian Sea. Alastor shows some pirates how you can shoot a hat off a man's head, onto another man's head.
Behold a Pale Horse/Follow the White Rabbit - Kasuga Tsano is mortally wounded in an operation in Russia by Spetnaz. They never report back in.
Bad Moon Rising - An incomplete collection of short RPs and stories about Alastor and his wife Lupin's evolution from a Flirtationship to a Married Couple.
War and Peace - a one off involving Alastor and a former SHIELD archivist named Oriole as they try and escape Roanapur, an adaptation of the city of the same name from the universe of Black Lagoon.
Loose Ends/Rule 17 - Craig Dhalgren, a former SHIELD operative turned HYDRA who was mildly aware of Alastor's true identity has been popping up near DEM operations. Alastor decides to put an end to it.
Operation Rebirth - The details of how DEM managed to save Tsano's life, and rebuild her after her injury.
The Menace: Operation Tannhäuser - DEM engages in an operation to take out a HYDRA mining operation in the South China Sea that seems to be producing small quantities of Vibranium.
Tin Soldiers/Ultron Ultimatum - While on an unrelated operation in Shanghai Alastor and Josie are forced to fight off an onslaught of unknown mechanical drones before they can reach an unprepared Tai Yong Medical and raid it.
The Romanian Red Hand - A large story that focuses more on the Paranormal after a DEM operation encounters a Vampire Nest and is wiped out. Cameo by Alasdair Fairholm, a Knight of the Templar Order via The Secret World

plus a bunch of uncategorized RPs and drabbles.

 

As a title,. Only the Good Tai Yong stopped me in my tracks. Nice one.

out of curiosity, has anyone in here gotten the 42 trophy? it's related to dice rolling.

 

What is it called? I looked at the trophy listing and couldn't find it.

 

yeah i've not heard of that trophy before.

 

someone else found it. it's three points. you roll 42 on dice and you get something called 42. someone else did it earlier.

Found it. If this is it, it doesn't mention anything about dice rolls.

 

it notes that you don't know the question, so apparently it's related to the dice. per what someone who has gotten a hold of the trophy.

 

I got that trophy either after 42 posts or 42 likes...can't remember.

 

yea, i did some more looking into it, and it's posts. i don't know why they thought it was dice rolling...
