Once again, awesome posts by everyone!! Update will be tomorrow, since I had en extremely long and exhausting day (I thought it would never end). Just one additional note: I made a mistake and wrote previously that the conflict was taking place on 77th St & 7th, which is incorrect. The conflict is happening on 7th Ave, the dress is 77, which puts the conflict right off 14th ST and 7th ave, which is not very far from Union Square ( just about 4 or 5 blocks). My apologies, @galactic-vagabond422 for the mix-up. Update is coming very soon.

Alastor is not the most pleased individual when it comes to SHIELD. And that comes from being both on the outside, and the inside. That said you can be sure he's taking careful aim to reduce collateral damage as much as possible. Besides, it's a Unibeam fired through a magnetic focusing lens made by the magnetic rails of the railgun, it'll actually be more concentrated than a normal Unibeam, more focused destructive power, less area of effect. It's just also very very bright.
