I like it too. I used to read the books like I read SW books now till the got repeatative (SP).

 

At last some...

And someone who could be identified as a Trekkie!

 

I like Star Trek also...

I have seen all movies, i know some of the series and I have bought a lot of books.

 

one of the creepiest things I ever saw was the episode with the worms. Just spoiled myself by reading the script for the new movie.

I watch Enterprise every single Wednesday night.

not much of a fan anymore, but I do watch the old episodes of TNG & DS9 if they are on, and I have nothing better to do.

 

"Enterprise" is not broadcasted in France..

What a shame..i was really looking forwrd to it

You'd think during this time and age, we'd be able to log onto the net and download the episode after it airs... but Noooooo... we have to wait on re-runs OR if you don't receive it in another country.. you lose. Bummer.

But France is always the last country to see the US series..that sucks

 

I also enjoy Star Trek - all versions. I don't know why some people say you can't enjoy ST & SW. I enjoy Sci-Fi in general. If it's done well, enjoy it!

No seriously, Star Trek is much more detailed in the physics part

 

Warp Physics are incredible,

Impossible technically, unless subspace really exists. But Very clever none the less.

 

Yeah and at least, they have invented a coherent technology: shields, phaser banks, photon torpedoes, transporter beams, etc....


And their ships look so coooool. Especially the Klingon ones (Aaaah the B'rel attack fighter)

 

I like the species 8472 ships.

And the interlocking 8 ship bioweapon.

The explosion in Scorpion Pt. 1 was fantastic!

 

I like all the Star Treks. Except the first series with Shatner I don't like that one.

 

The original series is abit out of it now.

But still, Enterprise takes you back there, I've been watching more of TOS just coz of the influence of enterprise.

And Spock is the ORIGINAL Vulcan.

Ooooh I love the first team: Kirk/Spock/McCoy

I think they are the best team of all Star Trek series (and movies) but maybe is it due to the fact that for a long time it was the only series available in France

 

I like Star Wars, but I was always a BIG Trek fan. I started watching TOS in reruns in the 70's. Love TNG, DS9, and Voyager. I either watch or tape Enterprise every week. I have a couple of SW toys, but my whole room is taken up by my Star Trek collection.
