Botanic Gardens should be good and not too far away from where we have to go after Provided it's not wet!

Don't worry Sabre, sounds like Toddi has it worked out. Besides which, you are already coming in costume, right? So, easy done! Just want to make sure that those of you who want to get there early show up and don't make the group wait for too long, or else we might run out of time.

When taking pics, time runs away very easily!

 

Tabards are easy, it's not like you need to strip down and change your pants. lol

Even Last_Chael has Leia-ing up in her Classic dress in a semi-public place down to an art. lol At Movie World we all got changed in a large hall. Hooray for jedi robes and big white dresses.

Anyone who doesnt want to meet up in the carpark is welcome to meet us there. Just make sure you can contact someone by phone, so you know where we are

 

So meeting up at the entrance to the Botanical gardens around 2pm seems to be the goer after the carpark? Should be easy for me with my bus dropping me off nearish there, I'll just get changed in the toilets there.
