One of the perks of 'hand-making' spaceships, then?

(and have you seen those Mon Calamari hands - those guys barely have opposable thumbs).

They must have really had a beef with the empire...

Sorry to interrupt, but that guy was just crapping on for the camera, you know. :p

Mon Cal cruisers are shorter than ISDs and have fewer turbolaser batteries, but are more durable and faster. The MC80a variant that you see in the movies was converted from a luxury liner for military purposes.

Of course, even I wouldn't go around telling the entire nation that I know that much. That guy just wanted to sound like he knew what he was talking about... ;)

MC80a, like I said. He may have been talking about a different class, or even Home One, but the MC80 and 80a are the two most common vers- WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?

Dear God, I'm becoming one of them! :D

Hmm I'm not sure if they are more durable than ISD's

I did not see the program so I do not know what he said. I also noted the model you were talking about.

I did not ask about the model. I am just a cynical SW freak who hastens to point out that ships cannot be stereotyped.

I was suggesting an alternative class - like the Mon Remonda.

    Edit: less durable, better shields.

hmm Mon Cals have less lasers than ISDs
as a general rule of thumb, though as has been mentioned some Mon Cals eg Home one, Mon Remonda are heavily modified and slightly bigger than the MC80a.

Guys, Noddy is a nice guy, and has a memory for Star Wars facts u wouldnt BELIEVE! He's also handicapped, so dont be to harsh on him.

Though Matt only got one line and he runs Skyforce which was funny

They probably didnt use the stuff of Fanforce cause me n Drew were making fun of everyone while the Ep2 stuff was on.

I agree Scream, but they could have picked someone else to interview, Noddy is definetley one of a kind. At least he wasn't eating his customary salami!!

It'd be fun to see everything that was taped that afternoon.

I caught a glimpse of Shadowfire and Maiden Lumpé in the background but I'll have to watch again to see if I can see anyone else.

"One of the perks of 'hand-making' spaceships, then?
(and have you seen those Mon Calamari hands - those guys barely have opposable thumbs)."

LOL, that made me laugh in RL ... good work! ;)

As for that guy being interviewed re: Imperial Destroyers and Mon Calamari Craft, I felt he was being made fun of as was nearly everyone there.

BUT that guy has given me a new Respect for the Mon Calamari to which I barely know anything about (except they look tasty ... Mmm Calamari *drool*) ;)
