Star Wars Battlefront 2

I had copy of Battlefront II for quite some time. I need to get ahold of another copy.

Battlefront II is a great hack and slash/third person shooter. The game is considerably better when the expansion that allows you to play as Jedi and Sith on more levels than Mos Eisley, and allows you the option of playing as Asajj Ventress and Kit Fisto.

 

My favourite game of all time. I have it on PS2 and still play it a lot.

 

Battlefront II should be re-released for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3.

Yes you can play Battlefront II on Xbox 360 and PS3. I was thinking of a re-release digitally, like they have done for other games like Halo CE. I would add achievements and trophies.

 

With BF3 coming out, I doubt we'll see them do anything with the first two. I have BF1 and BF2 for the Xbox and they work fine on the 360. My kids play it more than anything these days but they do have a lot of fun.

 

They're not like sequels, they're just recreations of the same game with new content and better graphics. That being said, I would love for many of the BF1 maps to be re-created. I hope the popularity of mods influence their decisions as well, giving them insight on what's popular so they could get it done.

 

I was just playing this game today. Played some epic 1000 point space battle Clone Wars style. I so wish this game would get one of those HD remakes other games get. If not for the near perfect game play, I dont think I can look at ps2 graphics much more. Battlefront 2 is still a great game.

 

I have the xbox version, and recently downloaded the computer version as well. Mods make the game much better.

 

Love it… never gets old. Any more news on BF3? Really anticipating that one for current gen… getting giddy

 

BF3 is coming out late 2015, prob at the same time the new movie comes out.

 

I own the PS2 version and man have i sunken in a lot of hours into it, definitely on my top 5 of favorite games.

 

It's just one of the best games ever made, that is all I sure hope DICE doesn't let us know! In DICE we trust!
